I'm sharing another Halloween card today on the Lawn fawnatics blog, inspired by the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge but with a twist.. I made it interactive!
I could wait no more to ink up these cute Halloween houses from the new Spooky Village set so I decided to create my own pastel dreamy Halloween village!
First of all I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all the images from the Spooky Village set + coordinated dies and fro the Tiny Halloween one + coordinted dies.
Then I die cut a stitched rectangle, colored the bottom with Picked Raspberry distress ink and die cut a dotted rectangle and inked the top with Twisted Citron Distress oxide ink.
I die cut all the elements and built my flippin mechanism using the Flippin' Awesome set( please check out its Lawn Fawn youtube intro video if you would like to see how I made it, thank you) and colored all the different pieces with Distres inks ( all the color mentioned before plus Spiced Marmalade Distress oxide ink and Salty Ocean distress ink).
I created each little scene and glued down all the images with liquid glue + I decorated the last long panel.
I stamped my sentiment on the bottom and secured my interactive element to the card with strong double sided tape.
Here's my card in action..
It's so much fun, I can't stop playing with it!!
