"Christmas mini card set" featuring Lawn Fawn !

Update: This "Christmas mini card set" received the "Honorable Gnome" title!! I'm so so happy! thanks!! :)

Welcome!
I'm super happy today because i have some new goodies to show you!

YAY! My new Lawn Fawn stamps arrived!! :) Their collection for the Winter Season was amazing!! So many beautiful stamp sets and new dies!! I waited some times because i really didn't know which set i like the most in order to buy it.. but when I saw these mice - the special set designed with Simon Says stamp - i fell in love!!
These are tooooo beautiful, cute and mice!! ihih!!  :)
And the little alpaca?! Super sweet!
I stamped them this morning, I didn't have sooo much time and i wanted my cards to enter the Lawnscaping challenge, so i decided to create a cute and super whimsical "Christmas set" of mini and one-layer cards!
Here are some other pictures...  :)

I keep evrything very simple.. that's what i like to do when i want the critter to be the focus of the card. I stamped all the images twice, first on my card and then on some masking paper. Then i fussy cut the second image and i covered the one on my card. I inked the backgroung with my distress inks trying to soften all the edges.. and then i revealed my stamp pulling off my masking piece. Only after seeing I loved the background i colored my critters.. because if anyting doesn't go well... i don't wanna waste Copic color! :)

I did the same thing for these two card too, but for the second one i first masked one alpaca, i stamped the other and then i masked them all to ink my background!
For finishing all my cards i added some red bows or twine and i drew some details, like my white snowflakes, with a white gel pen and some stitching profiles with a black pen.

Hope you like my project and thank you so so soo much for stopping by today!

Dreaming about.. Christmas and winter.. sweaters!!

Hi there!
Today.. it's the DAY! It's time, they are back! My favourites are ready for the winter season!

My first sweater of the season!! : )
You know that i'm in love with this sweater stamp by Simon Says Stamp! I always enjoy it so much, and i always try to find little critters that fit perfectly in the sweater ..this kitten is super cute, sweet and pretty! Isn't it?!
I stamped the cat and the little present and i fussy cut them, then i glued the silver twine under the cat tail and under the little gift - it's like a Christmas balloon! :)
I created this soft pattern on my sweater, drawing some pois with a white gel pen and i die cut the sweater twice to make a mini card. Who doesn't love cute and mini card?!

"Celebrate".. a Christmas card featuring Ellen Hutson!

Update: I'm a Top 3 Winner at Christmas Card Challenges! I'm so happy! thaks a lot! :)

Happy monday :)
These days i'm focus on winter projects.. so.. here's another Christmas card !

I fell in love with this super elegant deer die by Julie and I decided to create an elegant Christmas card.
I love critters and making cute and sweet scene, I always make cards of that kind...so.. for today.. I decided to challenge myself trying something new and i used a shaped silhouette!
It's not visible in the photo, i'll try to take a picture from all the angles, but I wasn't able to catch the texture of this gold paper.. It seems a regular kraft cardstock here, but in real life it is full of very very very little glitter that make it shines a lot! It's a super smooth cardstock, you do not see the glitter themselves.. It's like a super fine mixture of glitter perfectly blended into the paper..trust me.. it's amazing!!

Here's a detail of the background i created with some Lawn Fawn little stamps..

"Winter cards" featuring... Avery Elle!

Welcome!
I'm super excited today to show you a couple of winter themed cards. I used my new stamp set "Polar Pals" by Avery Elle and I created a scene for my critters to stand with distress inks and perfect pearls.
Let me show the cards and I'll tell you more..!

This new set is full of critters and I love theme all .. but maybe these two cute bears are my fave! :)
They are super elegant and as I saw the set weeks ago, I designed these cards on my mind and patiently waited for my stamps and perfect pearls to arrive here from USA! :)

This month I decided to enter twice the Avery Elle challenge so I used a light blue card base for my cards. I created a stencil with a circle die and inked my background with some distress inks and while they were not completely dry I put on some perfect pearls with a brush and then I cleaned it with a swiffer. You remove only the perfect pearls excess using a duster, so do not be scared!
I think it's a magic, it's too WOW to be real!! ahah! I love this shiny and iridescent look! It  creats a magic atmosphere in your scene and gives a super glam touch to your creations. It was the first time i used and it turned perfectly so I recommend it to all of you, it's super easy and fun! :)
Here are some other pictures of my cards...

I think i'm a little obsessed with pois these weeks.. I created this soft design with a white jel pen!

The block of polar ice icluded in the set is  perfect for all the critters and i love how it looks good with this little bears and with the bigger one too!

The pearl effect is super WOW and i hope you can see it trough these different pictures! It really captures the light continuously from different angles, it's an amazing look in reality! :) oh .. and i used my wink of stella clear brush on those little hearts!

"Welcome little one" a cute baby card featuring Avery Elle!

Welcome!
This morning I had some fun with the new  "Polar pals" stamp set by Avery Elle and here's what I created.. !

Omg this set it's tooo tooo toooo cute!! Avery Elle designed sooo many beautiful stamp sets.. but I couldn't have all them so.. I chose this one and .. YAY..!That was a great choise! I love it! Those critters are super pretty, sweet and versatile, you can create any tipe of cards and I think they match perfecly some older stamps set too.
This little seal is amazing and since i had some free time to dedicate to crafting I made this card to complete a little gift set to welcome a baby!
This month the Avery Elle challenge is about "Non white card base".. thanks it was not about no white at all! ahah! There is always some white space on my card and I decided to keep it this time too. But i added some tumbled glass ink at the center of my card to create a little space for my critter to set and I used a light blue folded card base. :)

Hello Jolly Holly Days!

Hi there and happy sunday!
Although these are still super sunny days here, i'm dreaming of holidays and Christmas time! Chocolate, snow, cozy sweater.. yeah I love the winter season !!
So I have another Christmas project to show you .. hope you enjoy! :)

I love that cute bear! It's so versatile, pretty and cute!! I love dressing all the bears included in the stamp set and for this one I just added few lines to make her wearing a simple pink sweater! :)
I also used an unusual shape for my card base and i love it! I think it's perfect to combine the hello sentiment!
I also use some glossy accents on my script to add some interest! And i'm trying to take confidence with fussy cutting.. i like how it looks on some cards! :)
The september challenge at "Make the Day Special" is a color one and the color combos they choose are amazing. I decided to pick the third chart with shades of pink, red and brown: they look beautiful together!

Merry Christmas a cute shaped card/tag featuring Mama Elephant!

Update: I'm the Weekly Winner at Christmas Card Challenges! I'm super happy! thank you so much!! :)

Welcome!!
This week I enjoyed a lot the new Mama Elephant flickr challenge " make it shaped"!
I just have some circular and rectangle dies and I usually use them to make the base of my card... I'd love to have a star shape and while I was thinking about my wish list for Santa I decided to make a Christmas project!
Here's what i created...!

A shaped card! I call it a card-tag because it is both a card and a tag! I wanted to create something special for my lovely ones these days.. so i made this for my mum! She loves keeping all the cards and tags from every Christmas but what she likes the most it's recycle them into... paper ornament! Let me explain... Do you have a super funny Christmas Tree decorated with old tags, fronts of cards and winter postcards?! I do!! I mean my mum does.. so do I ! :)
Ahah! That's the reason I added a gold twine to make it a paper ornament too!
On the back i applied a little folded circular card to write my sentiment. I die cut all the penguins with their coordinate dies using the inlaid die cut technique and i cut with scissor all the space in between them! I don't know where i found that patience! ahah! :)
I love it, it's like the earth with all those little penguins going around! :)

Hippo mail!

Update: This card received the "Honorable Gnome" title!! I'm so so happy! thanks!! :)

Hi guys!
I'll continue to say that I already miss the beach, the sun and the sea.. until my next vacation..! Yeah.. i'll probably do! :)
This summer there was a lovely mascotte at my hotel, a super cute and sweet hippo with his funny "granny panties"! Let me say it was super super cute! :) Both childrens and their parents were crazy about! So I decided to celebrate our hippo mascotte with a card! Here's what i created...

The challenge at Lawnscaping is "texture" so i decided to add some interest to my card with some distress inks shading and some dimension! I love all my distress inks.. For this card I used "Tumbled Glass", "Salty Ocean" and "Mermaid Lagoon".
Here you can see how I built my ocean waves scene...!

I curled all the waves to give lots of texture and dimension and I love all these little happy mails hiding in the ocean..! And I used some foam tape for my hippo to make it really stand out!
I modified the Lawn Fawn original hippo stamp drawing some giant pants and i colored it with my copics and for the sentiment I combined two LF stamp set: "Year Four" and "Gleeful Garden".
