A cute and cosy festive card with SugarPea Designs!

Hi there!
Today I'm so happy to share this cute  and cozy festive card I made with all SugarPea Designs goodies!

Awww I love the Let's Stay Home set soo soo much! All these images are so delicate and elegant, it's my favorite! 

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock, then I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all the images with their coordinated dies.

As you can notice I added a little frame with a Santa hat to my scene and that was super simple to make. I just stamped my frame image, then masked the frame itself and stamped the little hat inside! I used the Here Comes Santa Clause set and the little hat is from my favorite Santa: the one with milk and a cookie! 

I put the inner Interior Designer me to work (ihih!) and I created this sweet home scene. As I was happy with the placement I secured down all the elements with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive.

Finally I added lots of details with a white gel pen to all my images and I stamped my sentiment at the bottom.

I love the sentiment, it's so perfect for the time we are living in right now and it's also fun and classy! 

I also added a little heart ( I used the tiny stamp included in the Hey Winter set) and now my card is ready to wish one of my friend Merry Christmas!

A festive week with Hello Bluebird - Day 5

Hello and welcome to Day 5 of my festive week with Hello Bluebird!

Today is the final day and I'm sharing a cute card to say "Thanks a latte" for joinig and following along! 

All these cuties included in the Coffee Friends set are celebrating the season with a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee and they're so cute!

For my design I used the frame included in the Gallery Frame # 3 Die and I created my background out  of white cardstock by coloring  with my copics behind each little window.

Of course I used the same copic colors for all my critters and then I added details with my white gel pen and sparkle with my Wink of Stella Clear brush.

Aww I love this card so so much!

A festive week with Hello Bluebird - Day 4

Happy wednesday friends and welcome to Day 4 of my festive week serie with Hello Bluebird!

Today I have a cozy and heartwarming card to share featuring the new Cozy Christmas Eve set..

Aww where should I even begin?! This is all cuteness and love overloaded!

For my background I chose the new Cozy Burrow set and as always: pink sky and copics to color all my images + Wink of Stella Clear brush and my white gel pen.

I had so much fun creating this sweet scene, all these critters hanging their stockings and waiting for Santa to come are adorable!

As you may notice I also added some images from the other release sets to my scene cause you know how much I love to mix and match with all my supplies.

A festive week with Hello Bluebird - Day 3

Hello hello and happy tuesday!

It's Day 3 and today I'm sharing another pink background and pastel rainbow Xmas card with you..

Today's set of choice is the Deck the Halls set that features lots of sweet critters and lots of Xmas decorations.

I also chose to create another slimline card because I'm in love with this frame from the Gallery Frame # 5 Die and I needed a lot of space for all my critters.

I also used the Hill and Dale set to create my snowy hills and I glued them all behind the frame with liguid glue.

As always I colored everything with copics and added details with my white gel pen.

I stamped my sentiment on the frame at the top and I love it :)

A festive week with Hello Bluebird - Day 2

Hi there and welcome back to my blog! 

It's Day 2 of my festive week with Hello Bluebird and today our favorite critters are having an office Xmas party in the woods..

I could say these are the cutest critters ever but let's be honest I love HB images so much I'll probably end saying this each and every day-eheh!

For my background I combined my pink sky with the new Tall Trees Scene Die set and all my images are from the Holiday Office Party set ( Awww!!).

As always I used my copics to color all the elements and for my sentiment I chose the new Oh what fun Words Die set.

 

I'm so happy about how this card turned out and I hope you like it too!

A festive week with Hello Bluebird - Day 1

Hi there crafty friends and happy sunday!

I finally received all my new Hello Bluebird goodies from the latest release so I had lots of fun crafting and creating Christmas and Winter cards.. Since I have many to share I though about turning them into a little serie, hope you'll enjoy it :)

So all these cards have writter Franci all over them, I think I really am a pastelaholic after all! eheh! Pastelaholic.. is that even an existing word?! ahah! Btw.. here some festive softness coming to you!

OMG look at these imaes from the new My Snowman set, so adorable!

The giant snowman, the little dog and the cat are so cute, but the little chubby bird at the top totally stole my heart-ihih! 

For my background I used the Winter Woods Overlay Die set ( one of my faves!) and for my sky I used a new favorite: the Worn Lipstick Distress Ink Oxide.

And all the festive banners are from the Party On The Farm set ( another favorite of all times!).

As always I colored all the images with copic and cut them out with their coordinated dies. 

I added lots of sparkle with my Wink of Stella Clear Brush and some details with my white gel pen.

"Let's go nuts" card with Lawn Fawn!

Hi there and happy wednesday! 

Today I'm sharing a card featuring the Let's go nuts set by Lawn Fawn..

Aww these cuties are so adorable! 

First of all I stamped, colored with my copics and die cut all the images, then added some details with a white gel pen.

I usually go for light and pastel colors but Fall calls for richer and darker tones so I picked some of my darkest colors and went out of my comfy zone! I'm so happy about how these turned out and I love how they pop against my light backgrounds.

I die cut my tree using the Lift the flap tree backdrop set ( I just die cut the central one) and shaded it with some Walnut Stain Distress ink. 

I created my cardbase out of some white cardstock and stamped the front using the Gingham Backdrops set and the Kiddie Pool ink.

I also cut out a smaller white panel and decorated the sides with some dry embossing, using the Stitched Borders set.

I created my scene and glued everything down to my white panel with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive, then I added my decorated panel to the front of my card. 

Finally I added some sequins as embellishments and this fall card is ready to be mailed!

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 86: Happy Halloween!

Hello there and happy monday!

It's finally time for a brand new challenge over at Lawn Fawnatics and it's all about..

Awww creating Halloween stuff is soo much fun! We don't celebrate it here, it's not in our tradition but ... I love it! 

So I spent some quality time with all my favorite Lawn Fawn goodies (ihih!) and here's what I created..

OMG I love this so so much! 

My little ghost is riding her mini card and hounting for treats!

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock, I masked the front bottom and I colored my top background by sponging the Weathered Wood Distress Ink onto the Cloudy Stencil. 

Then I stamped my sentiment at the bottom and let everything aside to dry.

I stamped all my images, colored them with copics and die cut them out. I combined all these sets here: Booyah + coordinated dies, Car critters + coordinated dies and Tiny Halloween.

I added some details with a white gel pen to all the images and then I stamped the bats on my sky.

I assembled all the elements into this fun and cute mini scene and glued everything down with foam adhesive. Finally I added some sequins as embellishments and this card is ready to spook one of my friend!

A rainbow Christmas with Pinkfresh Studio!

Hi there and happy tuesday! 

Today I'm super happy to share a rainbow Christmas card made with all Pinkfresh Studio cuties!

Aww look at this mum and her baby squirrels, they're a super sweet couple!! 

First of all I created my rainbow feature using thin white cardstock stripes and Distress Inks.

Lea and Laura totally inspired me and I love how my rainbow turned out :)

Then I created my cardbase out of white cardstock and stamped this lovely frame from the Sparkle with magic set and the little snowflakes and dots from the Magical Christmas set. 

I also stamped my sentiment from the same set on the bottom and glued down my rainbow with liquid glue.

I stamped my critters from the Squirrel Friends set and also some presents from the Magical Christmas one, coloredthem with my copics and cut them out using their coordinated dies. ( As you may know the coordinated dies cut both the critters at the same time into a little scene with the sled, I just customized the cut with my scissors!)

I glued everything down with some foam tape, added some details with a white gel pen and some clear sequins and this card is ready to wish "Merry Christmas"! 

With this project I'd love to enter the Pinkfresh Studio September 2020 Challenge ..

"BOO to you" card with Hello Bluebird!

Hello crafty friends and happy friday!

Today I have a cute Halloween card to share made with all Hello Bluebird cuties..

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock and I inked the front with a light pink ink, I let it dry completely and then I stamped the Simply Squared Background on top, with a lilac ink.

To achieve this faded look I inked up the center of my background stamp and I went on with a clean paper towel to dab away some ink.

Then I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all the images. I used the new Spooky Spellers stamp set and the Fall Friends one, also I added the little spider from the Little Haunters set.

I die cut my Boo to you sentiment out of some cardstock I previously foiled and I started assembling the scene.

As I was happy with the placement I glued down all the elements with a combo of liquid glue and foam tape.

Finally I added some details with a white gel pen, some sequins and some dark dots here and there to complete my card.

Hope I inspired you to create a fun Halloween card today :)
