Hello there and welcome to my blog!
Today i'm super happy to celebrate the new release by Heffy Doodle, all the new items are super cute and I'm sure they'll jump in all your baskets in no time! ihih!!
And here's my card, of course I had to make a festive one, cause I'm soo ready for Christmas/Winter cardmaking!
These penguins are so adorable! I went for a super soft look to give my card a really winter wonderland feeling!
First of all I created my card base out of white cardstock, then I softly inked the background with distress inks.
I stamped all the images, colored them with copics and die cut them with their coordinated dies.
I also stamped part of the sentiment with versamark on white cardstock and embossed it with silver embossing powder.
Finally i stamped my sentiment at the bottom with the same ink used for all the images and glued everything down with a combo of liquid glue and foam tape.
I love that coordinated dies cut out sentiments too cause this add so much value to the whole set!
As final touches I added some glitters here and there and some sparkling sequins :)

This is a delightful scene with these fab penguins decorating the tree. Beautiful card with a fabulous color palette.
RispondiEliminaThis whole release is fabulous, but the penguins are probably my favorite. I just want to pinch those little cheeks! Also, like many others, I really like the color palette you chose. It's so standard to do penguins in black and white that it's particularly striking to see them in a softer pastel like this. Thanks for sharing!
