Sending hugs - a mini meow card for Heffy Doodle!

Hello there and happy friday!

I'm up on the Heffy Doodle blog today with a meowy cute card!

Here's what i created..

That little cat is just soo cute!!

First of all i die cut a stitched heart from white cardstock and i created a coordinated card base in white cardstock too. I created a custom cloudy stencil out of some copy paper and i masked the bottom part of the card to create my sky. I sponged some distress ink to achieve a soft look and then i masked my sky to ink the grass.

I stamped all the images from the set, plus the cat twice so i could create a little scene with 2 cats, with a copic friendly ink on to some white cardstock. I also stamped a little heart from the Eggcellent News stamp set and the speech bubble +sentiment inside from the Watcha sayin' stamp set.

I colored them all with copics and i die cut them with their coordinated dies.

I created this happy scene and glued down all the elements with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive.I stamped another sentiment inside the card and i glued my heart decorated panel on the front of my card base.

Finally i added some detail to my images with a white gel pen to complete my card.
