Easter Blessings card with Hello Bluebird

Hi there! 

Today I'm so hapy to share thi cute clean and simple Easter card I made with all Hello Bluebird goodies..

I love this little bunny so much I had to create a project with him as the star of the show! 

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock and stamped my sentiment on the front bottom. I chose this beautiful one from the Spring Banner Script set and then I cut out a little square out of pastel blue cardstock.

I stamped my little bunny from the Little Painters set onto some watercolor paper using a light brown ink and I colored him with my watercolors. I also painted a fun spring plaid pattern onto another piece of watercolor paper and let everything dry completely.

I die cut my images, cut out little hearts out of my custom plaid paper and glued everything down with foam adhesive.

I'm so happy about how this turned out and I hope you like it too :)

"You give the best hugs" with Hello Bluebird!

Hi there and Happy Valentine's Day! 

Today I'm so happy to share this Hello Bluebird card I made, that's one of my favorite ever!!

Awww.. it's no secret at all that I love the Party on the Farm set with all my heart and I had the loveliest time no line watercloring this little scene! 

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock and stamped the front with the Buffalo Check Background stamp in a very light lilac ink.

Then I die cut a circle out of watercolor paper, stamped the Farmland Background stamp on it and no line watercolored it. I did the same for my little goat and the hearts and die cut them out with their coordinated dies.

Finally I glued everything down with foam adhesive, stamped my sentiment and added a few details with my white gel pen here and there.

I'm so in love with this card and I hope you like it too!

Sweet baby bear - no line watercolor with Time For Tea Designs!

Hello there and happy weekend! 

I had some fun playing with my watercolors these days and I colored this little cutie :)

Aww look at this little critter sleeping onto a cloud, it's so adorable!!

I used both my Pastel Dreams watercolor confection palette by Art Philisopy and my Daniel Smith watercolor sample sheet by Simon Says Stamp to color my bear.

I also added some details with my white gel pen and as always my brush was a suuuper cheap one from one of my local craft stores.

I hope you like it, now I need to create a card with it or maybe a tag or a little frame..!

It's Hello Bluebird October release Day!

Hi there and happy friday!! 

Today the new release by Hello Bluebird is finally ready to purchase and I'm happy to showcase some of the new sets to give you some inspiration..!

Here's my first card, I made a super long one to be able to display all my new favorite critters! eheh! 

It features the new Autumn Script set that's full of beautiful fall themed sentiments in a gorgeous font and the new Fall Buddies set. 

I'm in love with these critters, they are super cute and those happy faces.. awww look at that happy squirrel jumping on its leaves pile!! ihih!

Of course I had to put a little pumpkin onthe deer heads cause .. it's so meee! ahah!!

And now into my next card.. it's a festive one cause I love fall but i'm so ready for Christmas decore and cardmaking!! 

I went a little bit excited about mixing my new watercolors by Daniel Smith ( I got a little palette by Simon Says Stamp) and my palette by Prima, plus these vintage feel reindeers called me for some no-line coloring so.. that's it! 

This card took me some time, but I'm so happy about how this turned out! 

Also here's a bonus image about the coloring! 

A lovely follower told me on Instagram ( hey, be sure to follow me if u're not already! ) that these reminds her about illustration for children books and this made me blush! 

If u'd like some tips to try this technoque i'll say.. use a super light ink to stamp your images ( and if only have darker inks, it's not a problem , use the second/third generation stamping technique!) , put a super light wash of color to all your image and patiently start building your color. 

No line coloring for me it's not like have no line at all, but not seeing the stamped image anymore and having harmonic "colored" lines. In this way u'll be able to give your images more dimension and a precious look! ihh!

"Merry Christmas" a mini card + copic no-line coloring tutorial!

Ciao a tutti e buon lunedì!
Iniziamo la settimana con un nuovo post in collaborazione con  Piccole Perle!!

Hi creato un mini bigliettino effetto super soft con la tecnica del no-line coloring!

Eccolo qui..!

Sembra proprio un paesaggio polare! La adoro! ihih! :) Poi la forma a bolla di neve è super simpatica! 

Ecco un dettaglio..

La tecnica no-line coloring consiste nel far si che pur stampando una immagine non si vedano i bordi neri e che quindi siano i colori e le sfumature a dargli forma.. Infatti nella mia mini card non vedete alcun dettaglio in nero se non il musetto della foca :)

E' una tecnica super divertente da provare.. così ho realizzato un foto-tutorial per chi volesse provare! :)

Eccolo qui..

Ho stampato la foca con un inchiostro azzurro chiaro. E' davvero molto motlo chiaro, invisibile in foto e quasi nella realtà! 

Con il pennarello copic C5 ho tracciato i tratti con i quali volevo dare dimensione, profondità e definizione alla mia immagine.

Con il copic C3 ho sfumato portando il colore sempre verso l'alto.

Ho continuato a sfumare con il copic B60 tracciando anche tutti i contorni dell'immagine con mano leggera.

Ho colorato tutta l'immagine con il copic C1 ed ecco qui che l'immagine ha preso forma! :)

Non mi resta che stampare in nero il musetto e colorare le guanciotte! 

Per stampare il musetto ci sono diverse tecniche, io ho pulito con la stamp shammy tutti i contorni della mia foca ed ho stampato! Potete anche isolare il musetto con del nastro carta e stampare.

Ora passiamo all'igloo..

  

Anche qui ho stampato con lo stesso azzurro chiaro..

Ed ho sfumato con il copic BG000 ed il colorless blender. 

Ecco qui i miei elementi principali..

Ho stampato anche la piccola speech bubble con l'inchiostro Hippo di Lawn Fawn.. ed è così chiara perchè inchiostrando il timbro una sola volta l'ho stampato prima su un foglio di brutta e poi sul cartoncino. Se non avete un inchiostro molto chiaro potete utilizzare questa tecnica per stampare anche la foca, partendo da un blu potete scaricare il colore stampando l'immagine 1/2 volte su un foglio di brutta e poi avere una sfumatura molto chiara sul cartoncino! 

Con la stessa tecnica e gli stessi grigi ho colorato anche la bolla di neve ed in azzurro ho creato l'effetto neve :)

Poi ho stampato la targhetta "Merry Christmas" ed il mini Babbo con la slitta e le renne in versamark ed ho embossato con una polverina argento. 

Ecco l'elenco di tutti i set Lawn Fawn utilizzati: Sealed with a kiss, Snow Cool e Ready, Set, Snow.

Palm trees with Lawn Fawn!

Hi there and welcome back to my blog! 

I had such a lovely afternoon yesterday, a sweet creafty friend, cupcakes and lots of crafty projects!

She was so lovely to bring me the new and amazing "Palm tree" dies set by Lawn Fawn and since yesterday we did not have time to try it out.. I die cut and colored them this morning!! 

Omg this little crab is suu cute and those palm trees are adorable!!

I colored them with Distress Ink and i also added some details with my copics and a white jel pen.

These images are perfect for summer and u can create so many projects with them, can't wait to die cut and color more of these cuties!! :)

Oggi mi sono divertita a creare con il nuovo set "Palm Tree" di Lawn Fawn.

Adoro questo granchietto e le palme sono perfette per decorare tutte le vostre ambientazioni estive!! :)
Per colorare tutti gli elementi ho utilizzato i distress ink Walnut Stain, Shabby Shutters e Abandoned Coral.

Poi ho realizzato qualche dettaglio con i copic ed una penna gel bianca.

Mini love note feat. Ellen Hutson!

Hi there and happy monday!
Today i made a real quick and easy mini love note feat. Ellen Hutson.. here's it!

This little bear is sooo adorable with all his hearts! I love die cutting the bear and color him with my distress inks, herei used the Walnut Stain shade.

I stamped also all the little hearts and i colored them with a copic marker in this beautiful Aqua color to enter the new Pin - Sights Challenge at The Classroom!

Here's a detail of my mini card..

I also put lots of wink of stella on all the hearts and the bear nose to make them sparkle, love the effect in real life! :)
