A little piece of Home Decor with SugarPea Designs!

Hi there and happy monday, I hope you had a lovely Christmas!
Awww..I'm so super excited about today's project!
I made a little piece of home decor with all SugarPea Designs supplies and I'm so super happy with it!

You know how much I fell in love with the Let's Stay Home set and I had to create something special with it of course!
Also.. Since we're all staying home more I thought it could be fun surrounding ourselves with handmade little decors..
And it was so super simple..it's like framing a card!

So, for today I just cut out a white panel to match my frame. I'm all about a clean and simple  style with lots of white spaces so of course I went for white but you can really play with colors here and make it match your home or myabe your firend's home if you're thinking about giving this as a little happy 2021 gift!

I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all my images from the Let's Stay Home set and I went for sage and rustic pinks and neutral cause that's one of my ( way too many!) dream color palette but, once again, you can choose bright and bold colors to turn this onto a completely different home!

I arranged all the images into this cute little scene, I glued down with liquid glue and I added lots of details with a white gel pen. You have 2 choices here: adhering everything down completely flat to be able to sandwich your panel inside the fine glass panels into the frame ( as I chose to do, to protect my work of art, eheh!) or you could add lots of dimension and do not use the glass panel on the front.
I like it both ways, with the glass panel I just find it easier to clean from dust :)

I really hope you enjoy this special project and thank you so much for joining me during December as a SugarPea Designs guest! I'm so thankful, it's been a lovely adventure!

Hope you like this frmae as much as I do and thanks a lot for stopping by today!

Surfing Santa interactive card with Sunny Studio!

Hi there and Merry Merry Christmas!
I hope you're having a lovely day celebrating the Holidays and I wish you all the joy and happiness for 2021!
I'm so very happy to celebrate with you today, with a fun interactive card that features the Surfing Santa mini set by Sunny Studio!

Fun fact: for today's project I was actually inspired by the TV news! Yes, cause every year, the day after Christmas as I watch the news with my family I always see how Christmas was celebrated in the world and all our friends from Australia are always at the beach, surfing in Santa costumes, ihih!

So I created this super fun interactive card ( but also simple to make, I promise!) and I can't stop playing with my little Santa who can actually surf and move into the ocean waves.

To create this card I used the Surfing Santa set , it's coordinated dies, the Catch a Wave Dies and some basic shape dies.

Please take a look at how I created my card *HERE* and enjoy!

Hope you like this card as much as I do and thanks a lot for stopping by today!

"Happy Christmas Eve" with Sunny Studio!

Hi there and happy Christmas Eve!
I thought about how to wish you all a Merry Christmas Eve and the best way I can do it, is to make some cards for you to enjoy and be inspired by..

So the Holy Night set is the most adorable one from the Winter Sunny Studio release to create Nativity cards and I think the illustrations are soo cute! Of course I couldn't let Christmas go without making some more cards with it..

First of all I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all the images, then added some details to them all with my white gel pen.
Then I created my cardbase out of white cardstock, masked the bottom and inked the top front with Peacock Distress ink.

I placed all my images into this cute scene and glued them down with foam adhesive.
Then I stamped my beautiful beautiful sentiment from the Inside Greetings Christmas set ( Aww and look at that font!) a the bottom and added the stars on the sky.
Finally I drew little dots on the background with my white gel pen.
Of course I did every step twice to create a couple of cards :)

Hope you like these cards as much as I do and thanks a lot for stopping by today!

"Let it snow" interactive card with Lawn Fawn!

Hello there!

This is my third post of the day, please check my Lawn Fawnatics post *HERE* and my SugarPea Designs December Guest project *HERE*, thank you!

So I'm super happy to be back on the Lawn Fawn blog today, with a beary cute interactive card!

Aww these little bears are soo adorable!
First of all I stamped, colored with my copics and die cut all the images from these sets: Snow Much Fun + coordinated dies and Yeti or Not + coordinated dies.

I created my cardbase out of white cardstock and I also cut out a matching panel. I die cut all the elements I needed to create my interactive elements out of another piece of white cardstock and out of my matching panel using the Waving Pull Tab Starter Set.
I assembled my interactive mechanism and then placed all my images on to my panel. As I was happy with my little scene I glued everything down with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive.

Finally I glued my panel down to the front of my card and stamped my sentiment.
I added some details with a white gel pen and a little red heart at the bottom.

A beary cute Christmas with SugarPea Designs!

Hello there!
Today I have a beary cute SugarPea Designs card to share with all of you!

Oh look at this cutie, he has a sweater! Sooo adorable!
First of all.. (yes u're right!) I created my cardbase out of white cardstock, then I also cut out a slightly smaller panel, I inked it up with blue Distress inks and I let it dry completely.

Then I stamped all my images from the Hey Winter set, I colored everything with copics, added some details with my white gel pen and cut them out. As you may notice the bear doesn't come all dressed up and that's perfect, you can totally use this set all year round for lots of different occasions like Valentine's Day, a birthday, a sending love kind of card and then added the little sweater for the colder months :) Also I don't currently have coordinated dies for this set, but I totally recommend those as well!

I glued my blue panel on the top front of my cardbase and then I added all my images with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive.
I stamped my sentiment ( that's so appropriate for the 2020 Holidays!) at the bottom and added lots of dots to my background to turn my scene into a snowy one.

Hope you like this card as much as I do and thanks a lot for stopping by today!

A sweet "Thank you" card with Hello Bluebird

Hi there and happy saturday!
Today I'm sharing this sweet "Thank you" card made with the new Feed the Birds set by Hello Bluebird..

Aww these images are soo lovely!
I wanted today's project to have kind of a vintage feel to it, something a little bit retro..like old postcards so.. I went for a kraft background and more rich but still muted colors.

First of all I created my cardbase out of white cardstock, then die cut my frame out of some more white paper using the Gallery Frame # 4 Die. I added a little snowy hill ( die cut with the Hill and Dale set) at the bottom and stamped my sentiment on it plus, I added my kraft background behind the frame with liquid glue and mounted everything onto the front of my card.

Then I stamped, colored with copics and die cut all the images, placed them into this cute scene and glued them down.
Finally I added lots of details to them all with a white gel pen and also added lots of little dots over my scene to make it super snowy and wintery!

I hope you enjoy and like this as much as I do and thanks a lot for stopping by today!
